I grew up in a village in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, surrounded by fields and the rhythms of farming life. I watched a farmer fix a broken pump with a bicycle spoke, a shopkeeper run credit for the whole mohalla with nothing but memory, and a mechanic solve in ten minutes what a manual would take ten pages to explain. Nobody called it innovation. They called it jugaad, and it's where I first learned that real solutions rarely come from resources, they come from paying attention. These days I live in Noida, Delhi NCR. That same instinct followed me through 16+ years building sales and growth across multiple corporates in fitness and healthcare, but it never stayed confined to work. It's the same instinct Vajhi runs on: guidance shows up everywhere, in a kitchen, on a shop floor, in a friendship, not just in a boardroom, and it's usually simpler than we make it. Off the clock, I'm an endurance athlete who races Hyrox and half marathons, keep a clean lifestyle, and love writing and reading. I treat most of life the way I treat training: show up, put in the unglamorous reps, and never get too comfortable. I stay curious about where AI and technology are headed next.
